My story
Protocols gave me a plan. But they couldn't fix my stress patterns. Here's how I manifested my GLOW UP.
There was a point in my journey where I learned it was so much deeper than macros, training, or gut protocols. Because... I did them. And of course they work — on a very 3D, fundamental level. But here's what NOBODY tells you: without addressing your identity, nervous system, and subconscious mind, you will always default to what's familiar. And 9/10 it's that number on the scale you keep finding yourself back at, year after year — even after losing the weight. That body-fat set point. That level of consistency.
This led me on a deep dive... and it's no wonder women on their fitness journeys start reading Atomic Habits and The Mountain Is You — because we want to understand OURSELVES and why we fall into self-undoing.
So here's what nobody will tell you: it's not "what do I need to DO to have the body I want?" It's "who do I need to BECOME?" And that is based on IDENTITY.
Quick psychology lesson: all behavior change is rooted in identity — what your nervous system knows as familiar, and who you've labeled yourself to be based on who you've been up until now. And your beliefs run your behaviors and your programming.
So the goal? Create & EMBODY a new identity, regulate your nervous system, and build evidence to support who you're becoming — which builds and strengthens new neural pathways. THIS is identity shifting.
And it's exactly why I called this NeuroGlow.
